Water scooter crash victim ID’d
A 14-year-old Chisago City boy who died after a watercraft collision on Crooked Lake near Garrison, Minn., has been identified. Brian Michael Ammerman was thrown from his personal scooter after it collided with another scooter operated by a 13-year-old boy, according to the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office.
