Seniors Legal Line (Cloquet Journal)
I own my home in my name only. I am 86 years old and would like to add my son’s name onto the deed of my home, reserving a life estate for myself. However, I have heard from some of my friends that this may hurt me if I need nursing home care in the future. I don’t know what to do.
