NTSB: Bad Weather Caused Crookston Plane Crash
Deteriorating weather and the pilot’s lack of experience probably caused the plane crash that killed two University of North Dakota aviation students near Crookston, Minn., more than a year ago, the National Transportation Safety Board said.
