Woman dies after vehicle plunges into washed out road

AUSTIN, MINN. — A 25-year-old woman has died after a vehicle she was in fell into a washed-out section of a county road west of Austin. KSTP-TV reported Monday that family members identified the victim as Kelly Jo Abrego, who was a mother of three.
