A bicyclist in her 50s was struck by a vehicle and killed Tuesday afternoon in West St. Paul, according to police. The St. Paul woman, who was riding along S. Robert Street, was hit about 2:15 p.m. south of Crusader Avenue and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Her name has not been released. The name of the vehicle’s driver, who did not have any passengers, was also not released. It …
