Charges come 15 years after girl reported her rape in Mears Park
Almost 15 years after a runaway teenager reported that she had been assaulted and raped in Mears Park in downtown St. Paul, a 30-year-old man was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with the case.
